Fear and greed may travel fast, but love, generosity, and shared purpose are ultimately stronger. The same is true of artificial intelligence.
In talking with citizens across Georgia, many people see AI as a threat—another force that could widen inequality and place opportunity further out of reach. Yet AI is not destiny; it is a reflection of the values of those who build, govern, and use it.
In Georgia, we have the opportunity to choose a different path. Businesses, innovators, policymakers, philanthropists, and everyday citizens can work together to create high-integrity systems, outcome-driven policies, economic prosperity, transparency, and human flourishing.
This is the great Georgia Group Project. It will require wisdom, collaboration, expertise, and creativity from every corner of our state. And tho daunting, citizens are encouraged for the future we can unlock together.
AI-for-Good Georgia is built on a simple belief: AI is a mirror. If we bring our best selves to it—our compassion, integrity, and commitment to our neighbors—then AI can become one of the greatest tools ever created for advancing the common good.

Just as the Industrial Revolution required Human evolution, the Digitial AI Revolution requires us to elevate in multipe dimensions. AI-for-Good Georgia is founded on four philosophical pillars of progress. With these unifiying concepts, Georgians will honor our ancestors sacrifices, unlock the greaest human good, and ensure a future on Earth our children and our children's children deserve.
Spirituality
We believe in One Love. While we may disagree on the name of God, we believe all religions, traditions and science point toward one single nature: Love. The love of God, neighbor and self are One Love, for which our veterans sacrificed and ancestors died. Humans must unite in this heighest value to intentionally direct AI to serve The People.
Politics
We believe in Purity of Policy over Politics. We reject the notion that laws cannot be designed for outcomes that both love our neighbor and our wallet and selves. Our unity is found in the white of our flag which stands for the lack of corruption. The AI era demands greater integrity of our policitians, and of ourselves in ensuring that they do.
Economics
We believe in Responsible Capitalism. As AI job loss and the growing wealth gap threaten, we know capitalism is reaching a moral limit. We must now both better develop people and share wealth-thru-merit as efficiently as markets create profit. As citizens who know the power of AI, everything in this society is now 100% solvable.
Society
We believe in One Humanity. What we allow to be done to our neighbor is done to us. AI must be used to Democratize government services using Republican private-public solutions with Bi-Partisan outcome-driven policy to care for every citizen and ensure the American Dream, without compromising privacy and individual freedom.

Privacy-First • Citizens own and control their personal data (like Estonia) • Data is stored managed with privacy guaranteed certificates/blockchain (No Big Brother) • Give every citizen a secure digital identity for maximum security • Allow citizens to grant, review, and remove permissions at any time • Use zero-trust cybersecurity to protect systems • Enable secure, anonymous data sharing when appropriate • Keep a record of every access to citizen data • Conduct independent privacy and security reviews • Follow proven financial, healthcare, and government security standards

A Legacy of Innovation from GE to IBM Watson
Dr. Helmut Love is an entrepreneur, strategist, and advocate for human-centered innovation. His career is defined by building systems that serve people at scale: from innovating General Electric's world-first Radiology Cardiology PACS, to managing a $250M portfolio of healthcare AI projects at IBM Watson, to his team deploying a single patient record across the state of Isreal.
Today, his expertise drives the Georgia AI-for-Good model. Dr. Love advocates for practical, AI-driven solutions that transcend traditional political divisions. Love is a Democratic Republican and ran for Mayor of Atlanta in 2025 and presently is a candidate for Georgia State House District 57.
